The agreement

These terms apply when you browse this store or purchase a SENOVA product. Orders are sold and fulfilled by Niroga AI ("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept these terms, our privacy policy, and our shipping & returns policy.

Products & wellness notice

SENOVA rings are wellness devices designed to help you understand sleep, recovery, and activity patterns. They are not medical devices and must not be used to diagnose, treat, or monitor any medical condition. Always consult a qualified professional for health concerns. Product images are illustrative; minor variations in finish can occur.

Orders & pricing

• Prices are shown in the currency of your selected delivery region and include applicable product taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Inventory is reserved for you when you begin checkout. If payment isn't completed, the reservation is released.
• An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues — with a full refund.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Delivery

Delivery estimates, regions, and free-delivery thresholds are described in our shipping & returns policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery; ownership passes on receipt of full payment.

Returns & warranty

You have 30 days from delivery to return products, plus a free size exchange, as set out in the returns policy. Every ring includes a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Accounts

• You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential.
• Account details must be accurate so we can deliver and support your order.
• You can delete your account at any time by contacting support@niroga.ai.

Acceptable use

When using this store you agree not to:

• Attempt to interfere with the site's security or availability.
• Use automated tools to scrape, bulk-purchase, or resell inventory.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity at checkout.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
